Privacy Policy
InferHaven is built on a simple belief: your data is yours, not ours. We collect what we need to run the service. Nothing more.
What we collect
Waitlist signups — When you join the waitlist, we store your name, email address, and your answer to our use-case question. We use this to notify you when InferHaven Cloud opens and to reach out to early adopters before launch. That's the full extent of it.
Contributor CLA signatures — If you contribute to an InferHaven open-source repository, CLA Assistant (operated by SAP) records your GitHub handle and the timestamp of your agreement on behalf of the InferHaven GitHub organization. We don't control or store this data ourselves — CLA Assistant's privacy policy governs it.
What we don't collect
No analytics trackers. No fingerprinting. No ad pixels. No third-party scripts embedded in our pages. The site runs on our own infrastructure — there's no CDN vendor collecting telemetry on our behalf.
We are not in the business of knowing who you are beyond what you choose to share with us.
How we use your data
Waitlist data is used for one purpose: contacting you about InferHaven. Launch notifications, early-access invites, and the occasional product update. We don't sell it, share it, or route it through any marketing automation platform.
CLA data is retained for open-source legal compliance and nothing else.
Data retention
Waitlist entries are purged at or shortly after public launch, or immediately on request — whichever comes first. CLA records are kept for as long as legally required by the underlying agreement.
Your rights
Wherever you are in the world: email us to delete or export your waitlist entry. No form to fill out, no bureaucracy, no questions asked.
